Such is the philosophy and motivation of Los Angeles-based makeup artist April Ross. After a decade of behind the scenes work with celebrity talent at record companies and in television, Ross took a life-long love of makeup and put it toward delivering creative visions for commercial clients, and helping everyday women look and feel beautiful.

Personally trained by world-renowned artist and industry luminary Donna Mee, Ross received an extensive artistry education at Empire Academy of Makeup, and mastered techniques for print, runway, event, bridal, and corrective makeup. Her work has appeared in publications such as AVANT GARDE Magazine, Tatler Magazine, and Glamour UK.

Complexion perfection, makeup to highlight the unique and beautiful in each person’s features, and looks perfect for the assignment or occasion, are Ross’ calling cards. “My guarantee is that talent leave my chair with the creative vision fully realized, and if you're my private client, you'll turn to the mirror and see 'your best you' staring back.” 

Ross lives in Los Angeles with her writer husband and their teenage artist son.
